To ensure a smooth refund process, we will match your Kickstarter email address against our pre-order list to verify whether a deposit has been placed. Please make sure that the email address you use to pay the deposit is the same as the email address associated with your Kickstarter account.
Please place a separate deposit for each unit you intend to purchase. Each deposit applies to one Tiiny AI Pocket Lab only. If you wish to purchase two or more Tiiny AI Pocket Labs, you will need to make multiple deposits accordingly.
We prioritize shipping to the United States, Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, and Singapore. Other regions may be supported with additional shipping fees. Please check availability at Kickstarter checkout when we launch.

Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by you.
No. Tiiny AI Pocket Lab is a one-time purchase. All local AI features, including model downloads and agent usage, are free of subscription or token fees.
