Overview
Thank you for supporting Tiiny AI Pocket on Kickstarter.
Because this is a crowdfunding campaign, shipping timelines and processes may differ from standard retail orders. Our team will do our best to deliver your device as quickly and safely as possible.
Backers will receive updates throughout the production and fulfillment process via Kickstarter updates and email.

Shipping Regions
Tiiny currently ships to the following countries:

United States, Canada, Mexico

Shipping Timeline
Delivery is expected to begin in August 2026, fulfilled in the order pledges were received. We will continue to share updates as production progresses.
Because this is a hardware crowdfunding project:
- Orders will ship after production is completed
- Devices will be delivered in fulfillment batches
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Order Processing
After devices leave the fulfillment warehouse:
- Tracking information will be sent to your email
- Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the carrier system
- International shipments typically take 7–14 business days depending on location and customs processing
Actual delivery times may vary based on local carriers and customs clearance.
Address Changes
Backers may update their shipping address before the final confirmation deadline. Tiiny will send a reminder email at least two weeks before the address‑lock date to any backer who has not completed their address information.
Once orders are locked for fulfillment:
- Shipping addresses cannot be modified
- Tiiny is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please ensure your address information is accurate.
Shipping Fees
Tiiny will cover the cost of standard shipping to any of the countries listed in the Shipping Regions section above.
Import Duties and Consumption Taxes
Import Duties
Tiiny will cover import duties for all countries within our shipping regions.
Consumption Taxes (Sales Tax / VAT)
• US Backers: Sales tax is not included and will be collected through a post‑campaign survey. Tiiny will handle all tax processing to ensure smooth delivery.
• International Backers: Consumption taxes such as VAT, HST, and SST are not included. These will be collected through a post‑campaign survey and Tiiny will handle the related tax processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date (or of the estimated delivery window for lost packages). Delayed reports may prevent us from filing a claim with the carrier, and we may not be able to offer a replacement.
Tiiny will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include:
- Reshipping the product
- Replacing damaged items
Please note that Tiiny is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Customs clearance delays
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability or warehouse location.
Items may arrive in different packages.
